A little bit about the other attractions at the HexaExperience centre first …
Very popular among the crowds was the K.A.W. pet adoption centre.Kanan Animal Welfare (K.A.W.) is a non-profit organization which rescues street animals and takes care of them till they are healed or adopted .Their Pet Adoption Centre was equally popular among kids and adults and you could see little kids squealing in delight on touching their pawed friends .Mine were too scared to touch or hold them but were very happy to pose with them and look at them from a distance .Many were seen taking the friendly animal friends for a stroll .

I think it was a very smart move on part of Tata Motors to make the whole test drive and off road experience a family affair. So they ensured that they had a dedicated kids zone with a bowling area, virtual gaming area and a small play area for the tiny tots to keep them happy .Also Food kiosks from Burger King, Pizza Hut, Kareem’s and the typical Chaat Bhandar to satisfy the hunger pangs after getting tired from all the play and exploration .They also had some stalls from the sister concerns of Tata group like Tanishq , Tata Capital etc. with attractive discounts for visitors .
In short there was something for everyone, because buying a car is now a very democratic process!
From kids wanting comfy seats , better music system , all power windows to the lady in the house wanting things her way for driving – choosing the right vehicle has become a collective decision making process and so it makes sense to cater to everyone’s needs when they come to see the Auto on display and experience the ride .
The Hexa Manual variant has four super drive modes – Auto mode, Comfort Mode, Dynamic Mode and Rough Road mode .It has Varicor400 engine that makes 156PS of power and 400Nm of torque and comes equipped with AWD (all wheel drive) and Torque on demand which gives extra power in rough driving conditions.
Coming to the off road experience , I have already shared a few in my previous post on the Tata Hexa , so today I will just share the new videos and the general reactions .
The above video shows the Hill Hold Control (prevents the vehicle from rolling backwards when going uphill) and the Hill Descent Control feature that took the Hexa up and down upon two sets of stairs without toppling over. A feature that looked jaw dropping to watch from a distance and also made the heart go pounding when inside the Tata Hexa .At the same time this makes the Hexa an ideal weekend getaway vehicle for the family, especially when going to the hilly terrains.
My next video shows the Hexa negotiating uneven terrain and embankments. You can see how the SUV balances itself on two wheels while negotiating the embankment without losing its stability!
There were even more thrilling moments that wowed everyone .
The evening ended with a scintillating performance by the Suryansh Project Band.
This was overall, an amazing experience to remember .
