To Conclude

As a reader, I appreciate the author’s focus on small habits, as they believe that this makes change more achievable. ‘Tiny Habits, Massive Results‘ is inspirational and motivating.Interestingly enough  Nenwani feels that even out of these eight habits just perfecting the two habits of Meditation and Journaling themselves can make a huge difference and I do agree somewhat with her.Meditation teaches us mindfulness which in turn helps us to reflect a lot about our goals and actions in life.

But I did feel that only theses eight habits were neither enough not described in great detail to make a huge change or make one successful but it is certainly the right fit for you if you are looking for for creating positive change in your life by adopting certain new habits. However, those seeking a more comprehensive exploration of habit science or highly specific goal-oriented advice might benefit from looking elsewhere.

My personal favorite was the chapter on Meditation where Nenwani not only describe show to start forming the habit of Meditation and mindfulness in a step by step way but also shares her personal experience with her despair and chronic ailments that became much better after she started practicing Meditation. Having started meditating myself, I can assure you that Meditation is a powerful habit and Nenwani gives some great advice about how to start if you are a novice at meditation practice.

If you’re seeking a practical and approachable guide to habit formation, like waking up earlier then you will find that this book offers valuable insights and strategies. Carefully consider your preferences when deciding if ‘Tiny Habits, Massive Results ‘ aligns with your personal development goals.

  4. It’s great to hear that the review of ‘Tiny Habits, Massive Results’ resonated with you. I’m pleased to know you’ve embraced all eight points mentioned. Indeed, change is the only constant, and nurturing these habits can certainly lead to a happier life.

  5. It’s always there small things that help bring about big changes. The concept of the book sounds interesting. However, without enough practical tips it wouldn’t be very useful I feel.

  6. I too agree that tiny changes in life can make a whole lot of difference in one’s life. Thanks for sharing the review.

  7. I have read this book and found it an amazing read for those who love reading non-fiction. I really appreciate your style of reviewing this book, Preeti. The way you have shared your favorite chapter and take aways from this book, it shows how much you loved reading it. I also liked the way Jaishree has researched for writing this book.

  8. Self-help books are something I run far far away from. I do think that for them to work, the reader needs to be in a frame of mind to change themselves. So I guess I first need to change my mindset before I pick this one up 🙂

  9. What a positive perspective on the potential power of small, daily habit changes in improving life significantly. The book looks good for its simplicity, practicality, and accessibility, making it a great starting point for individuals new to personal development.

  10. The Tiny Habits Method emphasizes the significance of starting small.
Really by breaking down complex tasks into tiny, manageable steps, it becomes easier to integrate new behaviors into our daily routines. As these tiny habits accumulate, they lead to significant, long-lasting changes.

  11. Self-help is not my preferred genre but my interest is piqued in this one especially with the 8th habit i.e. Mind Your Own Business. Might just check it out and pick up the book for that one because it’s something I’ve been trying to inculcate for a while now and am failing miserably. *sigh*

  12. I am generally not a fan of self-help books, but this one is different from others in suggesting simple tasks that can be easily incorporated into one’s daily routines. Some of them are already incorporated into most of our daily lifestyles, and the last one among the listed is a very productive one-mind your business.

  13. I am not much of a self-help reader but this looks like a small read so I can recommend this to someone young I know who reads self help.

  14. Beyond a point, all self-help books tend to sound more or less similar. This one seems to stand out. Thanks for sharing the review. I see it is available on KU and will get my copy.
